LEAD (Leadership: Exploration, Assessment and Development)

The LEAD programme is a new addition to The NUS Executive MBA curriculum, to set the stage for enhancing leadership and managerial skills for senior executives to become more mission-focused..

Coaching is regarded as one of the most effective means of executive development. Our coaches are experienced, certified practitioners whose coaching experience has spanned over various countries and diverse industries, focused primarily on leadership development. You will benefit from this personalised approach as coaches provide feedback on your approach to leadership and enable you to transform yourself and develop your personal leadership style.

The development and understanding of self and the impact on others is important in being a successful leader in a globalized environment. Through interactive class activities, peer learning groups, team discussions and exercises, you will be able to identify and clarify your development needs and enable you to become more mission-focused.
The NUS Executive MBA programme turned out to be a true, once-in-a-lifetime, immersive experience, for me. It not only elevated my academic foundation but more importantly, it sharpened my management skills to meet future challenges.
